You Are What You Think

Designing Your Reality

Certain people in society who are very successful (call them the ultra 1%) have everything going for them: generational wealth, power, success, political influence, geopolitical decision-making and even concealment of their identity from the masses. They have mastered the art of designing their reality by utilizing wealth and power through the disguise of liberal democracy. Their identity is hidden and that is exactly how they prefer their game of chess. You can be that too; you are what you think.

But one thing the masses have (and you should too) is spirit over mind. We are all taught about mind over matter, as if the mind is the final designer of our reality. It is not if you tap into what God gave us all from inception; he gave us spirituality. You see, your mind is like a computer and like any computer, its memory can be improved, its processor can be sped up, its software can be recreated and its defenses against viruses can be reinforced.

But how exactly does one reinforce its defenses against viruses of the mind? Through one’s spirit. Now, I cannot tell you how to utilize your spirit because no one knows how to, except you and the creator of this world, God. The important point to take away is that you have the power to design your reality through your spirit, which is greater than your mind. You just have to be aware of it and actually put it to use.

You Are What You Think – Don’t Forget That

Besides utilizing your spirit to design your reality, you must also utilize your mind. Practice positive affirmations starting with “I am.” This signals to your unconscious mind that your affirmation is being directed in the present. Your unconscious mind responds to the present because it records everything in the present moment only. It doesn’t respond to the future because the future does not yet exist. Repeat your affirmations multiple times a day; a few hundred times if possible. Also believe your affirmations and feel that you already have what you’re desiring. Feeling it and believing that you already have it speeds up the process. No one knows how this actually works, but many successful people claim to have utilized this technique to achieve success.

Give your mind wings by utilizing your spirit as a guidance.

Stay in Shape

Positive Affirmation – Staying in Shape

“I am physically fit because I put in the effort every day to maintain a great body by exercising and eating healthy. I enjoy to exercise because it makes me feel good about myself, including my mental health. Exercising makes me look more physically attractive and people notice how fit I am. I feel great waking up in the morning knowing that I exercised yesterday and that I have more motivation to exercise today. The more that I exercise, the more motivation and desire I harness to keep pushing forward. I stay in shape because it makes me feel happy!”

Stay in shape because you want to; not because society expects you to. You feel good when you put in the work; fatigue does not bring you down. You enjoy working hard, sweating and getting tired. When you exercise, your mind becomes stronger and you become happier. People start to notice your results which further propels you to keep exercising. Your body improves and you feel more confident. People notice your improved confidence and become more attracted to you. Exercising brings you happiness, confidence and an improved physical health.

Exercise for Your Mental Health

Exercising helps you to overcome your sadness. When you feel depressed, working out helps your mental health. Exercising is a distraction from negative thoughts that accompany depression. Rather than focusing on feeling worthless, you devote your energy to breaking down your muscles to become stronger. You transmute your negative thoughts into physical energy. Your mind becomes distracted and focused on exercising; it has no room for depression. With constant repetition, you overcome your depression and become mentally sturdier. Your mental health benefits just as much as your physical health when you stay in shape.

Drug Use

Positive Affirmation – Staying Clear of Drugs

“I am free of drug use because they bring nothing but pain, destruction and addiction. Drugs, whether cannabis, alcohol or anything that alters the brain affects my personality, sanity and spirit. I prefer to stay clear from these substances. Drugs distract me from my life purpose and internally destroy me, throwing me off my course. Therefore, I stay clear of drugs and find happiness within myself. Drug use is not something I look forward to because it provides a synthetic form of happiness. True happiness is when I am clear-headed and become excited without substances.

Many people try drugs for the first time; some eventually stop while others become addicted. Why should I take the chance to become hooked just for a few hours of pleasure? There are many types of drugs out there: hallucinogens, stimulants, sedative/hypnotics, etc. While many of these drugs can enhance my creativity, they also suppress my serotonin and increase my chances of freaking out. Some people become psychotic on high doses of hallucinogens and cannabis. While the psychosis may be temporary, why put my mind through that sort of horror?

Drug Use is a Distraction from Success

Many adolescents have the potential to do well in school but get distracted by drug use. They want to fit into popular cliques and see drug use as their only ticket. The problem is not the fitting in; they often do so successfully through drug use. The problem is the consequences of their use. They start with cannabis or alcohol with often leads to cocaine, hallucinogens and Molly. Any of these drugs can cause an adverse experience such as poisoning, psychosis, car accidents, depression, etc. Drugs are fun in the moment, but they destroy your chances of succeeding in the future.

You’re better off finding friends who do not partake in drugs. Focus on your studies, sports and finding happiness through natural means. Drugs may seem to bring you pleasure and happiness in the moment, but they’re just a distraction from reality. Reality is not meant to be altered by drugs; it’s meant to be lived and experienced as is. Adam and Eve ate the fruit from the forbidden tree with the hope of gaining knowledge. In return, they manifested destruction for the rest of humanity’s future generations. Just stick with what your senses can perceive and learn to utilize the power of your mind to manifest success, happiness and riches.”

My Favorite Two Words: Positive And Believe

I Believe I Can Fly

Have you been struggling throughout your life to adopt a mindset that consistently keeps you happy? Have you been going through life wondering what you’re doing wrong no matter what mindset you adopt? Fortunately, you’re not the only one; it’s very common to feel this way. But starting today, you no longer have to. Your favorite two words should become: positive and believe.

The reason that you feel like nothing is good enough in your life falls down on the two words mentioned above. It’s not enough to be a positive person; you have to be positive within your mind on a daily basis, even when bad things happen to you. You have to reprogram your mind to be positive.

Realistically, you’re still going to experience a range of emotions; it’s natural and part of life. But overall, there’s a difference between experiencing a range of emotions and remaining negative and experiencing a range of emotions and still being positive. Positivity cannot be given to you; you have to earn it.

So how do you earn it? You practice being positive every day, from morning to night. What helps are positive affirmations that you can repeat within your mind at random times throughout the day. By telling yourself some positive affirmations on a daily basis, you are training your mind to be positive.

The second word is believe. Do you believe with all your might that you can accomplish whatever it is that you want? Believing is also something that you have to practice every day; it takes time for your mind to start believing what you want it to believe. Even when you don’t see results, you still have to keep believing. Eventually, whatever you want to happen will manifest into your life.

You’ll run into people who will tell you, “That’s a bunch of malarky!” Thanks Joe, but it’s not. People who tell you this are probably struggling themselves to stay positive and believe. The fact that they responded with a negative remark shows you that they are not positive. Someone who is positive would say, “That’s interesting! Never thought about it like that. I’m going to try that!”

Try that! From now on, start being positive and believe that you can accomplish whatever you want.

Learning How To Believe

The Difficulties In Believing

Believing in something can get quite frustrating at times, especially when you expect to see results and you don’t. Even believing in yourself can get disappointing from time to time; you start to wonder if you are just make-believing! Maybe what is happening is that you don’t know how to believe correctly, or how to handle your beliefs.

Believing in something or in yourself should not be something difficult to do. It’s just a matter of adopting a thought and “believing” with all your might in the content beyond that thought. And the belief should not have to be forced. If you are forcing yourself to adopt a belief, then you are trying too hard!

There’s a difference between positive affirmations and beliefs. Positive affirmations seem artificial, because you are telling yourself “I am” commands that may make you feel guilty for “lying” to yourself. However, with enough practice, the commands won’t make you feel guilty; but they still may appear artificial.

Beliefs aren’t like positive affirmations at all. Beliefs feel real and innate; they are part of who you are. It feels good and natural to believe in something. But where people go astray is when they lose their beliefs, out of lack of the results which they expected to see. When this happens, other things begin to crumble as well in their life.

You have room to ditch positive affirmations due to their artificial nature, but you don’t have room to ditch your beliefs; especially, if they’re beliefs that are helping you or will help you in the near or distant future. It may be difficult to maintain your beliefs at times, but just remember that it’s normal to experience difficulties in life.

Therefore, do not allow the difficulties of life to bring upon you difficulties in believing. Your beliefs provide you hope, desire, confidence and strength! When you start to lose your beliefs, you can only imagine what will happen to the rest of you; you’ll start to fall apart.

Keep believing and one day you’ll be rewarded!

You Decide Your Reality

Below view of window ceiling architecture based on the perception of reality

The Garden Of Positive Affirmations

I often hear people saying “this or that will be hard, my life is so miserable, I can’t take it anymore”; what they don’t seem to understand is that they’re feeding their mind these negative comments. Your mind is like a garden; it’s easy to grow weeds (negative thoughts) but it takes work and effort to grow flowers (positive thoughts). Be thankful for what you have definitely promotes flowers!

“You decide your reality” means you have a large saying in how your life goes; your perception of reality plays a large component. Studies have shown that people who practice positive affirmations (daily repetition of positive phrases) are happier, more optimistic and have a clearer perspective on life.

We often get stuck in negative thoughts based on events that occur in our life; negativity has such a strong impact on our mind and personality if we don’t learn to tame it. First, is coming to terms with the fact that negativity will never go away; it’s just part of life.

After you have accepted this, now your task becomes to tame negativity: learning to not be as strongly affected by it and quickly putting it aside shortly after its inception, will help you recover more effectively.

Practicing positive affirmations does not mean that you are ignoring your reality and being unrealistic. It is a tool that can help you stay positive and reframe the way you think, believe and perceive the world and your surroundings.

Find your positive inner child and have fun creating positive affirmations; you have been given free will to control your thoughts. Why let the world decide for you how to think, feel and react when you are the controller of your mind?

The DSM Ready Movement is based on positivity; a free community based on openness and honesty and the advancement of human consciousness through the power of love!
