On the days when you feel like giving up is when you need to find your greatest inner strength to move forward. Remind yourself that pain and suffering are part of life; there is no way to avoid it. Always keep your head up and be nice to yourself!

When we start fighting against ourselves is when we slowly become buried with hopeless thoughts.
