Positive Affirmation: Giving Up On Hatred

“I am free of hatred because I do not identify with jealousy, envy, evilness, anger, fights, emotional upsets and my pure heart has no room for hatred when its intention is to keep on spreading love!”

Riots Don’t Solve Problems

Energy Diverted Elsewhere

With any great problem comes the desire for a better solution. If historically speaking, this problem has persisted for over one hundred years, then the solution should not resemble the problem. What I am getting at is that the problem of racism has exited for a very long time and will not stop anytime soon, so the solution that has not worked over the last one hundred years is rioting in the streets. There are more negatives than positives with this solution and it does nothing but hurt us more than we can realize.

You don’t solve violence with violence; this is like a chess match that never ends up earning the king’s reward. To become victorious in this fight against racism and hatred, you might demonstrate love and kindness towards evilness. The bible teaches us to treat our enemies with love and allow them to humiliate us in public for The Lord is keeping track until judgement day.

Riots are exactly what the enemy wants you to be doing; this is feeding into their fire. Stop being so naive and hot-headed and use your heated hearts to radiate love in return; this is the sure-fire way to become victorious and place evilness into its place. You cannot defeat evilness if you rely on violence, anger, looting and riots.

How many more lives must be lost until you wake up and properly learn how to defeat racism? Screaming and demonstrating in the streets does not solve problems; this is exactly what the elite want us to be doing and this has to do with the old agenda of achieving a race war around the world. Why continue allowing them to win just because you can’t control your anger and pain?

Jesus Christ has taught us that God is not of this world; therefore, don’t live for it. He also taught us to put God before our family, including our parents, sons and daughters and to live for God through our heart, mind and soul. When our focus and faith are rested upon God, He teaches and guides us on how to handle problems and create solutions that will help us prosper.

All of the energy wasted on the riots can be made much greater by harnessing it within us and focusing it on God and ourselves. When rioting, we give up our energy into flames and we all know where flames lead us. As children of God, we are of the light, beauty and peacefulness of God’s kingdom; our painful arrows of love are intended to heal and strengthen the spirit.

So let’s use this gift that God provides to every human born from day one of life; this gift is called love. This is how we defeat hatred, mental health stigma, racism and much more. The more we shine with love and do not allow the enemy’s bullets to penetrate our hearts, the sooner this world will turn into our favor. So wake up if you are reading this and share it with your fellow humans!

Hatred In Our Hearts

Racism Has No Boundaries

Not only is the mental health sigma up and running throughout the world, but racism as well. Stigma and racism should not even be separated; they’re both different forms of hatred but with a common goal of dividing the masses. Stigma focuses on preventing people who suffer from a mental illness from getting treatment and making them feel ashamed and insecure, while racism focuses on physically and mentally destroying others based on their skin color.

But where does stigma and racism stem from? The answer is more simple than we like to think and one does not have to go to school to find out; our hearts! Just based on numbers alone, the 7.8 billion worldwide population is going to have many bad batches of rotten fruit that will promote and approve stigma and racism. These people are either uneducated, educated but evil or simply full of hatred.

Is someone born with hatred in their heart? Absolutely not. There is no known genetic makeup that will inform parents that your child is born with a characteristic trait known as hatred. Hatred is taught and learned through human behavior and experience. If a child gets beat up by two white kids or vice versa, he or she will learn through their own experience to hate that child, along with what they hear in the mainstream media or on the internet in relation to racism.

Stigma and racism are also taught by parents and family members who promote such ideologies to their children. When children are raised in such households, they observe from a young age the thought process, content and perception of viewing others in a negative light. Racism is not only white against black; it has no boundaries and goes all ways. Do not make the mistake of believing that racism is only white against black.

How can we actually end racism rather than turning on the news and witnessing more protests in the streets? Everything stems from our hearts. What will help is establishing a global platform that will bring people to stand together against mental health stigma and racism in a peaceful way. This platform has to start somewhere but without consistent support, it will become very difficult to establish.

I started The DSM Ready Community with the vision of creating this platform, but I cannot do this on my own. That is why I am thankful to meet many of you who support this blog and comment on my daily posts. Together, we can continue to help grow this really small community so that we can one day stand on a world stage and celebrate the progression towards the end of mental health stigma and racism.

We Are Earth

Experiencing Earth Day

The beauty that this planet has to offer is out of this world, yet humanity is too entangled in sin, physical and mental poverty, war, corruption and destruction. Earth is screaming back at us, “What are you doing? Please stop! No . . . don’t do that!” But no one is listening; it’s as if our ears are malfunctioning and our eyes are no longer 20/20. Even with prayer, the angels in heaven cry, for we continue to sin even in our sleep.

Earth wants us to change and reveal its beauty and secrets to us, but we have to change first before that ever happens. The sad part about it is that Earth’s beauty is right before our eyes, but our senses are clouded by the sins within our hearts. These faulty roots sprout in our hearts if we do not live through God and Earth further becomes Satan’s playground.

Perhaps the coronavirus is a sign from Earth to clean up our act, for Earth is perhaps trying to save the human race before God decides that enough is enough. Are we heading towards another flood as in the times of Noah’s arc? We cannot continue on like this, breeding more selfishness, hate and division among us; we are better than this.

Technology is certainly not helping; it’s making us more disconnected as we rely more closely on “tele this and tele that.” Why have we reached the point where we are more glued to our phones than the beautiful trees, birds and clouds surrounding us on a daily basis? Earth is screaming at us again, “Aren’t I beautiful enough for you? Why are you ignoring me?” But again, no one is listening.

Everyday, we are inching closer to “no earth day;” a time where humanity will be so destroyed that you can even have heaven on Earth appear but it will not matter. At this point, humans will be too engulfed in sin, hatred and lust that the beauty of Earth will no longer be visible; darkness will have stolen whatever little light that was remaining. So let’s stop this inching toward destruction while we still have a chance.

We are blessed to experience another day on this beautiful planet. Happy Earth Day.

Crying Instead Of Smiling

World War 3

The current state of affairs in the world is more saddening than anything. We have regimes such as Iran and North Korea chanting “death to America”, and the United States known for its history of imperialism. With the recent exchange of harsh words and military actions between Iran and the United States, it has everyone wondering if we are on the brink of World War 3.

If we are on the verge of a third world war, the root of the cause is not politics, oil, imperialism or world domination. Those are the superficial roots that everyone pays attention to. The real root of the cause is the hatred in our hearts. It seems that as every new year rolls in, we grow more hatred towards each other.

Who is each other? Everyone. Our hate is directed to all skin colors, ethnicities, religions, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, etc. This is something much greater than racism. This is hatred for humanity. Our hearts are turning black like the lungs of people who live in urban areas.

Why is this even happening? Because society is becoming more superficial, emotionally disconnected and selfish. We don’t value emotions and connections as much anymore; status, wealth and popularity have become more important than ever. This ties in with selfishness: if you don’t fit the criteria mentioned above, than you are not worthy of “my time.”

Status, wealth and popularity have become more important as technology has advanced. It all ties in with social media and objects that distract our attention from relationships. We might never admit it, but technological advances are influencing us negatively on a daily basis. Of course there are many positives as well, but the few negatives that can be identified are very powerful and effective.

Is there even a solution to this mass disconnection? There is, and it doesn’t start with the elimination of technological advancements; that will never happen. It’s starts with us. We must be willing to stand up and unite; to be brutally honest with ourselves and everyone around us.

We must be willing to speak freely about mental illness, emotions, troubles and the hatred in our hearts. Only with open and honest conversations, will we be able to connect once again and prevent this hatred from turning into World War 3. Together, we can help grow The DSM Ready Movement and revolutionize mental health and humanity’s connection.

Racism Is Not Real

Colorful painting of cartoon figures holding different quotes related to racism and equality

Controlled By Society

Racism is a figment of one’s imagination. God did not create humans to practice racism; humans created racism to practice control. Racism is a concept invented by the human mind in order to establish superiority. If one race adopts the higher level of the pyramid, it places itself in a better position to pull the strings of those below it, whether unconsciously or consciously.

If you put two children of different races in a playground and observe them, you will notice their indifference to each other’s skin color. This is proof that racism is not real. But as they grow older, they will both learn of the concept of racism taught to them by their schools, friends, parents or the entertainment industry.

Some people believe that President Trump brought racism to the masses. This is a naive way to look at things. President Trump never brought racism; racism always existed in the shadows. He just promoted it and awoke a sleeping giant. But whether that sleeping giant was awake or not, its army was still at work spreading hatred and division.

This is not to indicate that President Trump’s promotion of racism is correct. The message here is much bigger than what one president believes. One day, this time shall pass too and another president will take office. Do you believe that racism will suddenly vanish? Unfortunately not.

Racism is going to continue to grow because there are people in high places who utilize it as a tool for control. Their idea of control is based on divide and conquer; not via war, but via information and words. There is a war on your mind and part of that warfare is racism itself. By dividing us with racist ideas and experiences, our mental health suffers due to hatred, stress and division. And when we suffer mentally, we become more easily controllable.

The goal should not be to end racism because racism does not exist! Rather, we need to flip the hierarchy of the pyramid: loving people who do not believe in the concept of racism need to be positioned in high places; the racists need to be dropped to the bottom. By spreading love and goodness from the highest ranking positions of the pyramid, we will slowly be able to live our lives without the ordeal of having to witness racism.
