You Are What You Think

Designing Your Reality

Certain people in society who are very successful (call them the ultra 1%) have everything going for them: generational wealth, power, success, political influence, geopolitical decision-making and even concealment of their identity from the masses. They have mastered the art of designing their reality by utilizing wealth and power through the disguise of liberal democracy. Their identity is hidden and that is exactly how they prefer their game of chess. You can be that too; you are what you think.

But one thing the masses have (and you should too) is spirit over mind. We are all taught about mind over matter, as if the mind is the final designer of our reality. It is not if you tap into what God gave us all from inception; he gave us spirituality. You see, your mind is like a computer and like any computer, its memory can be improved, its processor can be sped up, its software can be recreated and its defenses against viruses can be reinforced.

But how exactly does one reinforce its defenses against viruses of the mind? Through one’s spirit. Now, I cannot tell you how to utilize your spirit because no one knows how to, except you and the creator of this world, God. The important point to take away is that you have the power to design your reality through your spirit, which is greater than your mind. You just have to be aware of it and actually put it to use.

You Are What You Think – Don’t Forget That

Besides utilizing your spirit to design your reality, you must also utilize your mind. Practice positive affirmations starting with “I am.” This signals to your unconscious mind that your affirmation is being directed in the present. Your unconscious mind responds to the present because it records everything in the present moment only. It doesn’t respond to the future because the future does not yet exist. Repeat your affirmations multiple times a day; a few hundred times if possible. Also believe your affirmations and feel that you already have what you’re desiring. Feeling it and believing that you already have it speeds up the process. No one knows how this actually works, but many successful people claim to have utilized this technique to achieve success.

Give your mind wings by utilizing your spirit as a guidance.

Creativity is Intelligence Having Fun

Kill Rigidity with Creativity

You have one computer and that’s all you get. There is no yearly updated version like a brand new Windows computer or MacBook with a new M1 chip. Your brain is all you have and if you don’t continuously upgrade it by challenging yourself, seeking new horizons and crossing new boundaries, then you will remain in your present reality that will eventually dull your existence. Creativity is intelligence having fun.

Guess what happens when your existence is dulled? Mental health problems arise. To avoid such problems, you must constantly recreate your reality by keeping your decision-making in check. What do I mean by this? If you continue to make the same decisions month after month, your reality will not change much. You will become a slave to your environment. Your decisions prescribe your reality; if they’re not carefully crafted, you will puff up with confusion, dismay and displeasure.

Creativity is Intelligence Having Fun – The Process

So how do you create wisely? Life is based on trials and errors. Start the trial, pile up the errors and continue to update your computer. But if you don’t start the trial, you don’t have any opportunities to improve yourself. To start the trial, you must first seek to be creatively intelligent. I’m not necessarily referring to arts and music, even though these can help to reshape your reality. I’m referring to your thoughts and getting creative with them. To be creative requires a special form of intelligence that anyone can tap into. It involves the will to use your imagination to explore new thoughts and ideas.

Try to find that inner child of yours that will help you become more imaginatively creative. Remember when you were a kid and how you loved to explore new activities? I used to love playing with snails and other insects in my backyard in Montreal when I was 5 years old. I used to pick them up and position them near each other and observe how they would interact. Today, I dislike insects. That’s what I mean by being creative; finding the desire to try new things. If you can tap into that desire, make it part of your personality and maintain it, it will become much easier for you to alter your reality.

Don’t be one of those people who are afraid to try new things. Your thoughts can be experimented with and can be used to improve your life. But if you remain rigid, life will keep providing you with rigid options. Rigidity prevents you from being flexible, thinking outside the box and trying new people, places and things. Rigidity can be deadly to your mental health. Kill rigidity with creativity.

Creative Minds

Learning to Utilize Imagination

Creative minds are calling you

Imagination is a tool underutilized

Its roots come alive only when tapped deep enough

Sometimes the soil is stubborn

The plants don’t get through

The rains keep trying

Your thoughts are glued

You wonder why you think so lame

Why you can’t elevate your game past a certain membrane

You lose touch with any excitement

Everything has become repetitive

You miss Mike Tyson

Your imagination is not going through

You just want to improve your outcomes

But your thoughts are glued

You have to learn how to use it like a tool

It’s not just dreaming and moving on

It takes a lot of acting to set it on

To make it a reality

From your mind to your environment

To manifest your wishes into real-world successes

The choice is yours if you want to tap in

Your imagination is waiting within

Do you know how to break in?

Creative Minds: Breaking into your Psyche

You heard that substances can provide traction

Cannabis, alcohol or caffeine

You take them and you’re suddenly relaxing

Musical molecules swim up from your speakers

I hear colors

But you see sounds

The synesthesia is profound

You’re stuck in the matrix or whatever you call it

A gnome opens up a vault within your mind

Immediately a bunch of juice creeps out like slime

Its colors don’t matter

You know right away what it is

Creative juice does exist

Who would ever resist?

You’re flowing now and you can’t stop

Your mind is high

Call it anti-locks

Who would have known about this cruise control feature

Imagine a wheel behind your forehead

You’re the captain of this ship

No longer government-led

But are drugs a cheat code to the matrix?

If so, will you resist or continue playing?

Stream of Consciousness

Influenced by Outside Forces

How do you know that you have control over yourself? How do you know that you’re being yourself? What if your thoughts are being manipulated or influenced by your environment? Everything you do is influenced by your surroundings, even when you think that you are in control. Your stream of consciousness is influenced by your surroundings. Now this doesn’t mean that you aren’t enjoying your experience. You may very well be celebrating quite often that is! But please understand that you are being influenced every second of your celebrated experience.

Who are these outside forces? Everyone who is part of your reality: movements outside your window, strangers passing you down the street, marijuana smokers staring outside their windows, parking garage employees, liquor store workers, friends, family, social media, the news and the list goes on. Do you get my point yet? Even if you have a strong grip on reality, your mind is being influenced. Keep in mind that influence does not necessarily equate to manipulation.

What is influence and what is manipulation? Being influenced to think, feel or behave in a certain way can be a good thing; it’s not always bad. Being manipulated can be good or bad but it’s always at the advantage of the person or entity who is doing it. Also keep in mind that you can be influenced and manipulated by the internet, television, podcasts, apps, billboards and books; it doesn’t always have to be by people.

Stream of Consciousness: What is it?

A stream of consciousness is a person’s thoughts and conscious reactions to events, perceived as a continuous flow. Your unconscious mind records every waking second of your existence, including when you’re asleep. This continuous flow of recording is designing your reality and influencing your thoughts and behaviors. Your unconscious sprinkles on to your conscious mind what it has deduced from your environment, and you react accordingly. On the other hand, you can also be aware of your stream of consciousness when it occurs on a conscious level. As a matter of fact, you’re constantly experiencing a continuous flow of thoughts and reactions to events; sometimes you don’t notice it because you don’t think about it.

The bottom line: don’t drift through life without being aware of your stream of consciousness, because you never know if you are being influenced by a negative outside force.

The Feel-Good Lifestyle Of Music

Accompanied By Music Year-Round

There is something magical about music; it helps heal an exhausted soul, an overworked mind and a tired body. Music helps you escape your current reality by sparking your imaginative forces. It can take you to places which you cannot easily access when the tunes aren’t massaging your ears.

It is up to you to discover which genre of music will help you feel emotionally sound. What feels good for someone might feel awful for another. Everyone reacts differently to the sounds of music: some may become pumped up and full of energy, others may doze off and fall asleep while some may dance the night away.

Without music, our mind would not appreciate creativity at the level which it is appreciated today. Creativity is the fuel for the magical ride called music; it gives it an engine and a set of wheels and allows it to take off towards the wild wild west.

Music aids creativity for other tasks: it helps dissolve writer’s block, increase a painter’s brush strokes and assist in the production of a film. This is because music helps you achieve a relaxed state of mind which promotes the flow of your creative juices.

Creativity can still be accessed without music, but music helps it come out easier and faster; creativity breeds creativity. Music’s easy access allows it to be enjoyed almost anywhere: fly away on a Southwest flight, grab a yellow cab in SoHo, jump on a green jet ski in Fort Lauderdale or turn on your Bose speakers in the comfort of your home.

Do not underestimate the pleasure and creativity which can be obtained from the sounds of music. Find yourself some quiet time and start discovering the large mix of tunes that float around us in our hustle and bustle society which we currently live in. You will not be disappointed.
