Be Tender-Hearted Towards Each Other

Your Words Matter

You will always meet people who radiate anger from their heart; it flows through their bloodstream like a poisonous venom. But do not take it personally. You do not have to like these people but be mindful that they may have experienced trauma in their life, and this is the only way they know how to deal with the pain.

Your role is not to repeat the same behavior; the eye for an eye mentality is not fruitful and will not bring you peace and harmony. In fact, an eye for an eye mentality will only attract karma into your life. Keep your cool when cruel people are stinging you and brush it off; you are the good guy at the end of the day!

Learning how to be tender-hearted might be a challenge for some of us! But everyone can learn it if they want to; it takes a genuine and honest approach with yourself to be kind and loving towards yourself and others.

The DSM Ready Movement needs as many tender-hearted members as possible! We need to come together and support one another during our roughest times, collectively share our experiences and pain and grow from our mistakes. Through our tender-hearted actions, others will emulate our behavior and this is how we will turn this world into a better place.

Are you Ready? (This is Defeating Stigma Mindfully)
